Is BulaCore FRCS-VMS compliant?

BulaCore is built against the FRCS EFD v3 spec and is currently in the accreditation pipeline with FRCS. We've reserved the fiscal QR-code + digital-signature slot in every invoice and till receipt, so as soon as we're listed on the FRCS Accredited POS & SDC page your sales will be fully compliant — no app change required.

What does FJD pricing actually include?

All prices shown are in Fiji dollars per month, billed monthly. There's no annual contract lock-in — switch tiers or cancel from inside the app whenever you want.

Can I switch between Starter, Professional and Enterprise?

Yes. Switch from Settings → Plans & Billing any time. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing month.

Do I need a thermal printer to use BulaPOS?

Not to evaluate it — the till runs fine on a normal screen. For real customer receipts you'll want a thermal printer (any 80 mm ESC/POS unit works). The desktop version of BulaPOS ships in late 2026 with direct printer + cash-drawer support.

How are my books backed up?

Every transaction lives in our managed Supabase cluster (Sydney region), with point-in-time recovery and daily snapshots. You can also export your full general ledger to Excel at any time from Reports.

Do I need to migrate from Reckon, Xero or QuickBooks?

We're building a CSV import path for customers, suppliers, items and opening balances. If you've got data in Reckon Hosted or another tool, talk to us — we'll help you bring it across before you start your first month.
